Returns

We want you to love what you're wearing. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

• Free resizing: every ring includes free resizing within the first 60 days — our preferred fix over a return, since it's usually the fastest way to get to the right fit.
• Returns window: unworn pieces in original condition, with certificate and packaging intact, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Exchanges: want a different metal, cut, or style instead? Exchanges are free within the same 30-day window.
• Custom or engraved pieces: made-to-order and engraved items are final sale, since they're made specifically for you.
• How to start a return: contact us with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned piece is received and inspected.
