Products & Certification

All diamonds sold by Luzora Jewels are laboratory-grown and independently certified by IGI or GIA. Certification details are provided on each product page and shipped with your order.

Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.

Resizing & Returns

Resizing and return terms are set out in our Returns page and apply to all eligible orders.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photography, text and the Luzora name and mark — is the property of Luzora Jewels and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Luzora Jewels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or its products, to the extent permitted by law.
