Returns window: unworn pieces in original condition, with certificate and packaging intact, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Exchanges: want a different metal, cut, or style instead? Exchanges are free within the same 30-day window.

Custom or engraved pieces: made-to-order and engraved items are final sale, since they're made specifically for you.
