Every Luzora piece is fine jewellery set with certified lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds — the same carbon, the same optical and physical properties, graded to the same standards as mined stones. They are grown in a laboratory rather than extracted from the earth, and we describe them as lab-grown everywhere they appear on this site.
Each stone ships with its IGI certificate. Carat weight, colour, clarity, cut and metal are stated on the product page, and the certificate is the authority on the grade.
We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate. Slight variations in finish, texture and setting are natural in handcrafted fine jewellery and are not defects.
Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products we offer.
Every piece is made to order in our workshop. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy, which we accept when we send you an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order — including orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, or the same billing or shipping address.
If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number given at the time the order was placed.
Because pieces are made to order, changes or cancellations can usually only be accommodated within a short window after ordering. Contact us as soon as possible and we will tell you what is still possible. Customised and bespoke pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any product, at any time without notice.
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. For orders to the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia, import duties and taxes are covered by us — there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. Every order is fully insured and tracked from our bench to your door, and is handed over against a signature.
Delivery is typically around 14 days from order to door — roughly seven business days to craft and dispatch, plus about seven in transit. Custom pieces take longer. Estimates are estimates: they are not guaranteed delivery dates, and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the carrier only where the law requires it; in practice your order stays insured by us until it safely reaches you.

Standard designs may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Customised or bespoke pieces, sale items and gift cards are final sale.
We offer free resizing on standard sizes within 60 days of delivery. We do not process direct exchanges; the fastest route to a different piece is to return the original, if eligible, and place a new order.
If your piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and we will make it right.
