Anything above 6 mm wide sits closer to the skin. Go up half a size for comfort.

Choose the larger one. A ring has to pass the knuckle, and a slightly loose band can be sized down more easily than a tight one can be opened.

Light running down both sides

A 1.00 carat round brilliant lab grown diamond sits raised in a four-prong setting, with twelve larger round diamonds running down the shoulders — six on each side, each individually prong-set so light passes through from every angle. At 2.20 mm the side stones are big enough to read as a row of diamonds rather than a scatter of pavé.
